Severn Internet is a full service Web Design and Online Marketing agency with offices in Shropshire, West Midlands and the Highlands of Scotland. Having seen all our local competitors revamp their websites we felt we should break away from working for our clients briefly and at least let you see we have just been busy! A complete new site will be ready by 1 August and will be built using our preferred Content Management Platform, namely Drupal.
As a company we have moved to an open source platform environment, rather than relying on our previous in house systems. We use Wordpress for blogs and smaller sites, Drupal for Content Management and Magento for E-Commerce. The advantage to you as the customer is that you will have the latest and most up to date technologies built into your web site. If you decide you don't like us in the future (it very rarely happens!) you also have a site that anyone can look after, so no more "you need a new site Sir". We have six programmers available to work on your build so can easily accommodate time constrained projects. This breadth of experience also allows us to develop bespoke requirements with your online presence eg connecting your e-commerce website with your Sage package.
We have four designers available to make your site attractive on the eye and representative of your brand. This is achieved through our strategic alliance with Hunter Bevan (www.hunterbevan.co.uk), a well respected design and marketing company based in Oswestry. Through this alliance we can also offer branding, design for print and offline marketing services. It works really well for us as we don't have the cost overhead, for you because you have a dedicated design and marketing function and for Hunter Bevan because they have a dedicated development and online marketing function - everybody wins!
There is little point having a good looking and well built online presence unless it produces a return on your investment. We therefore have three people experienced in online marketing. They can implement targeted strategies using traditional search engine optimisation, Pay Per Click Advertising (two are qualified Google Adwords Professionals) and increasingly campaigns based on Social Media channels.
We are highly results orientated. We like to work with companies and individuals who are of a similar mindset. Our aim is simple - we want to help you maximise your return online. Woods of Shropshire

Woods of Shropshire is one of our most established clients and this is the fourth incarnation we have built with Charles.
In addition to our side of the equation Charles is also very focused - his attention to detail is a crucial part of the site's success.
We can't emphasise enough how important the site's content is in converting a viewer to a buyer - fresh content, up to date products and crisp imagery make all the difference.
Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery

BMAG is one of our most prestigious clients and another where we have an established relationship.
Having successfully launched their www.bmagic.org.uk collections site some years ago we were invited to tender for the actual museum site.
We are really pleased with the result - the whole site is managed by the museum's staff and they continue to receive good feedback.
LHH Scotland

LHH is one of our favourite clients. In addition to being really good people to work with this site gives us the opportunity to visit the beautiful Black Isle in the Highlands of Scotland on a regular basis.
Since taking on the site traffic levels, and more importantly, conversions have continued to increase across their portfolio of sites.
We are currently developing a new site combined with an integrated back office bookings management system, so watch this space!
Three Tuns Brewery

The Three Tuns Brewery is the oldest licensed brewery in the UK, having had a licence on the site since 1642.
They wanted a site that reflected their history but also allowed them to promote their beers. The design is another from Hunter Bevan and shows how we work together to tailor the look and feel of the site to the business we are working with.
We'd also say that their beers are great, but be careful with the Clerics Cure!
